Minnesota Daily on Twitter

Launched and managed The Minnesota Daily’s Twitter account. Built a following of more than 1,500 followers in less than six months, resulting in Twitter becoming the number three referring site for driving traffic to Mndaily.com.

Campus Tweets on Mndaily.com
Helped launch MnDaily.com’s Campus Tweets feed. The feed pulled tweets that included the #umn hashtag, creating a Twitter forum of campus news and issues for Mndaily.com. Worked with online staff to produce and integrate the page.

Helped launch The Minnesota Daily’s Facebook Application. Edited templates and managed content. Facebook became the number one referring site, surpassing Google News in the number of readers it brought to the site.
